Yes. Through a private talent partnership, Great Family Artists arranges celebrity performers, DJs, comedians, athletes, chefs, mentalists and speakers for weddings, galas, milestone birthdays and corporate events. Every request starts with a confidential conversation about your date, your city and the moment you want to create.
How much does it cost to book a celebrity for a private event?
Fees depend on the talent, the date, travel and the production the appearance needs, so pricing is by inquiry only. We share a realistic range in the first private conversation, before anything is requested from talent.
Which celebrities can you book?
We work across seven categories: musicians, DJs, comedians, athletes, celebrity chefs, mentalists and illusionists, and keynote speakers. We never publish a roster. Availability and interest are confirmed privately, request by request.
Is my inquiry kept confidential?
Yes. Your inquiry comes directly to Great Family Artists, and we manage every conversation from first call to final bow. Your name, guest list and event details are shared only with the people needed to make the booking, and only with your approval.
Who handles the contracts, riders and logistics?
Every engagement is negotiated and contracted with an entertainment attorney on the agreement, so there are no gaps or surprises. On the day, our team coordinates arrivals, green room, rider, security and timing alongside your live entertainment.
Can the celebrity perform with a Great Family Artists band?
Often, yes. A guest performer can sing with your band, a celebrity DJ can take over after the live set, or a surprise appearance can be built into the reveal of the night. We plan it with the same team producing your music, so it feels seamless to your guests.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as possible. Well-known talent books months ahead and many hold dates only once a contract is in motion. Reach out as soon as you have a date and city, even if the rest of the plan is still taking shape.
