Corporate entertainment that earns the room

01 — Colorado

Colorado is one of Great Family Artists' largest markets, and we have brought live entertainment to corporate events across the state since 2016.

A corporate event has a harder job than a wedding: the room is often full of people who don't know each other, the program runs to a clock, and the entertainment has to lift the energy without overrunning the agenda. A live band does that better than anything else — it gives a gala a reason to gather, turns an awards dinner into a night people talk about, and fills a holiday-party floor that a playlist would leave empty. We have played the polished Denver-ballroom version and the mountain-resort retreat version many times over, and we build the band and the program to the event.

Galas & fundraisers

A show band that holds a black-tie room and a smaller ensemble for the reception and program — both from one team.

Holiday & company parties

The format that fills a December dance floor and gets a roomful of colleagues celebrating together.

Conferences & retreats

Welcome receptions, awards dinners and closing parties across a multi-day resort program in Vail, Beaver Creek or Aspen.

What we bring to a Colorado corporate event

Choose the kind of night you are building, then we shape the band, DJ, and production around the room.

02 — Services
01

Full show band

Best fit

A high-energy reception and after-party band sized to your room — from a six-piece to a twelve-piece with horns and multiple vocalists covering Motown, funk, Top 40 and current hits to get a corporate crowd moving.

02

Reception & dinner ensembles

Best fit

A jazz trio, string ensemble or solo musicians for cocktail hours, awards dinners and networking receptions — atmosphere that lets people talk, then a full band when the program turns to celebration.

03

DJ & emcee support

Best fit

A DJ for transitions and late-night sets, plus on-stage emcee duties to keep an awards program or fundraiser moving on schedule.

04

Full sound, lighting & staging

Best fit

Engineered sound, stage lighting and backline built to the venue — whether it's a hotel ballroom with a house system or a stage built on a resort terrace, the production reads and sounds like a corporate-grade event.

05

Advancing & event production

Best fit

Our team coordinates with your venue and event producer ahead of time on run-of-show, load-in, power, stage footprint and timing — the logistics that decide whether a corporate program runs clean.

03 — Where We Play
Denver & Front Range

Galas, fundraisers & company parties

Denver is our busiest Colorado market for corporate work. We have performed at venues including the Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Four Seasons Hotel Denver, Grand Hyatt Denver, Cherry Hills Country Club and Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, plus downtown galas and fundraisers across the metro.

Boulder

Receptions & nonprofit galas

In Boulder we have played venues including the Boulder JCC, St Julien Hotel & Spa and Flagstaff House — a strong fit for nonprofit galas, university and research-sector events and company celebrations.

Vail Valley & resorts

Conferences & multi-day retreats

The Vail Valley is a core market for corporate retreats and incentive programs. We have played Donovan Pavilion, The 10th and Sonnenalp in Vail; Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch and the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon — welcome receptions, awards dinners and closing-night parties.

Colorado Springs & statewide

The Broadmoor & beyond

We also perform south and across the state: The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, resort and ranch events in Aspen, Snowmass, Telluride and Breckenridge, and corporate programs statewide. If your venue isn't listed, ask — odds are we have been there.

Why a corporate event needs a band that has done it before

04 — Experience

A corporate program lives and dies on timing. Experience at the venue is the difference between entertainment that lifts the room and entertainment that throws off the run-of-show.

Corporate events are unforgiving in a way private parties aren't. There's a printed agenda, a head table, a sponsor to thank, an award to present, and a hard end time. The entertainment has to hit its cues exactly and read a room that often needs to be drawn out. Colorado's best corporate venues add their own constraints — resort timelines in Vail and Aspen, load-in to mountain terraces, weather windows on outdoor decks. None of that is a problem when the band has worked the venue before, and across hundreds of Colorado events we have worked most of them. We advance every program with your venue and event producer so the show fits the schedule, not the other way around.

Colorado corporate event FAQs

05 — FAQ
Do you perform at corporate events and galas across Colorado?

Yes. Great Family Artists performs corporate events, galas, fundraisers and holiday parties across Colorado, from Denver ballrooms to mountain resort retreats. We have played venues including The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Four Seasons Hotel Denver, the Boulder JCC, and resorts throughout the Vail Valley and Beaver Creek. We travel statewide and advance every venue before the date.

How much does a corporate event band cost in Colorado?

Live corporate event and gala bands typically fall in a range of roughly $8,000 to $18,000 and up, driven by band size, performance hours, your date, and production level. A smaller ensemble for a cocktail reception sits at the lower end; a full show band with horns, multiple vocalists and complete sound and lighting reaches the top. Mountain and resort events can add travel and lodging. These are typical market ranges, not a Great Family Artists price list — your exact quote comes from your date, venue and program.

Can you handle a full conference or multi-day resort retreat?

Yes. We regularly play multi-touch corporate programs in Colorado's resort markets — a welcome reception, an awards dinner or gala, and a closing-night party across one event or several days. Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen retreats bring tight resort timelines and remote load-ins; our team advances each one with your venue and event producer so the production is solved before your guests arrive.

Do you provide a smaller ensemble for cocktail hours as well as a full show band?

Yes. We scale to the program — a jazz trio or string ensemble for a cocktail reception or awards dinner, and a full show band for the after-party. It is one team and one point of contact, so the whole event is advanced and run together rather than coordinated across separate vendors.

How far in advance should we book entertainment for a Colorado corporate event?

Book as soon as your date and venue are set. Q4 holiday-party dates and peak summer and fall resort weekends fill first in Colorado, so the earlier you reach out, the more likely your preferred lineup is available. For large galas and multi-day programs, we recommend starting the conversation several months out. See our guide on how far in advance to book.
