How we workGreat Family Artists DJs are event-flow specialists. They manage crowd energy, build their sets around your guests and venue, handle all announcements and pacing, and coordinate directly with our live bands when you book both.
Every GFA DJ comes with an MC, a custom playlist consultation, and full sound engineering. No generic playlists and no set-it-and-forget-it approach: our DJs read the room and respond in real time.

Standalone DJ & MC
Best fitFrom $2,500. Custom playlist consultation, full sound setup, and an MC for announcements and pacing, for a 4–6 hour performance. Available for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Band + DJ hybrid
Best fitFrom $10,000. The live band plays the ceremony, cocktail hour, or peak reception sets, and the DJ covers transitions, dinner, and late night. One GFA team, one contract, no gaps between sets. Our most popular option for weddings over 80 guests.
Corporate DJ
Best fitEvent-flow DJs for galas, holiday parties, product launches, and networking events: background music through cocktails and dinner, building to a full dance floor for the party.

Band + DJ hybrid packages run $10,000–$28,000, depending on band size, event length, and production. Every event is custom-quoted, and we send a proposal within 24 hours.

Good to knowWhat's the difference between a GFA DJ and a standard wedding DJ?
GFA DJs are trained as event-flow specialists, not just music selectors. They coordinate with venue staff, manage the event timeline, handle MC duties, and, when paired with our bands, run smooth live-to-DJ transitions. They're part of a production team, not a solo vendor.
How much does a wedding DJ cost?
Our standalone DJ packages start from $2,500 for a 4-hour wedding with an MC and full sound engineering. Corporate and multi-venue events are quoted separately. Band + DJ hybrid packages start from $10,000, depending on the band configuration.
Do GFA DJs take song requests?
Yes. We hold a custom playlist consultation before your event and take requests throughout the night. Our DJs work requests into the set when the timing is right, so they get played without breaking the energy on the dance floor.
How does the band + DJ hybrid work?
The band plays live during the highest-energy moments of your event, typically ceremony music, cocktail hour, and peak reception hours. The DJ handles dinner, band breaks, and late-night sets. The GFA tour manager runs the transitions, so there's no dead air and no visible handoff for guests.
Do you provide DJs for corporate events?
Yes, corporate DJ work is a specialty. We've provided entertainment for product launches, annual galas, holiday parties, and incentive trips. Our corporate DJs understand event flow and the right energy for a mixed professional audience, and know how to build from background dinner music to a full dance floor.
