Entertainment that elevates a corporate night

01 — Gala & Corporate

Great Family Artists provides live band, MC, and production for galas and corporate events across New York City, where a flat program and a great one are separated by the entertainment.

A corporate gala carries pressure a wedding does not. There is a run-of-show, a board to impress, awards to hand out, and a brand on the line. We perform across New York City and the tri-state, scaling the lineup to the room and running the program so awards, speeches, and dance sets land on time, not late.

We have played landmark New York rooms since 2016, from Madison Square Garden and The Plaza Hotel to Cipriani 42nd Street and the New York Yacht Club. The band brings the energy; the MC and production team keep your night on schedule. If the same room is hosting a private celebration, see how we build a New York wedding band around the room.

Run-of-show ready

A professional MC and timing cues that keep awards, speeches, and entertainment on schedule.

Scaled to the room

From a cocktail-hour ensemble to a full show band for a ballroom gala or holiday party.

Full production

Engineered sound and stage lighting that read on camera and fill a Manhattan ballroom.

Corporate entertainment, handled end to end

Choose the kind of night you are building, then we shape the band, DJ, and production around the room.

02 — What We Deliver
01

Live band for every format

Best fit

Match the band to the moment. Book a jazz trio for a cocktail reception, a high-energy show band for the after-party, or a full ensemble that carries the whole evening.

02

Professional MC & program flow

Best fit

Keep the night on time. A dedicated MC handles announcements, transitions, and timing cues, coordinating with your event team so awards and speeches hit their marks.

03

Stage, sound & lighting

Best fit

Walk into a finished production. The band brings engineered sound, stage lighting, and backline that read on camera and fill a ballroom, not a thin PA from the house system.

04

Brand & theme alignment

Best fit

Fit the entertainment to the brand. We tailor setlists, staging, and wardrobe to your event theme so the music supports the program instead of competing with it.

05

One point of contact

Best fit

Plan with one team. Your event manager coordinates with the venue, AV crew, and planner in advance, handling logistics, insurance, and load-in for a seamless night.

What gala entertainment costs in NYC

04 — Investment

Live entertainment for a NYC corporate gala typically runs about $8,000 to $18,000 and up, driven by band size, performance hours, the date, and production level.

A smaller ensemble for a cocktail reception sits at the lower end of that range; a full show band with a dedicated MC and full staging for a ballroom gala reaches the top and beyond. These are typical NYC market ranges, not a Great Family Artists price list. Your exact quote depends on your date, your venue, and the format of the night. What clients say

05 — Reviews
We knew they would bring it, but we were still blown away by their energy, talent, creativity, and fun surprises. You can tell these artists really take time to get to know their clients so they can provide the best outcome possible — and that is exactly what they did.
— Natalie
What stood out the most is the level of detail and dedication to us, even before the contracts were signed. We worked with them to figure out the music, determine the band composition, and most importantly — to ensure we had a flawless day. And that is exactly what happened!
— Dovydas
The entire process was so seamless — from booking to curating the setlist, it was evident that they have a calculated system to keep everything organized and make sure any and all questions are answered. Cannot recommend them enough!
